We can help ensure that your native regeneration project is a success with advice on what to plant, where to plant, if you can get carbon credits for your planting - and we can even help with native tree sourcing.
Regenerative native planting often begins with bare fields and depleted soils, or maybe the land is in scrub and gorse and you're not sure where to start.
The first step is - get great advice!
Different land and aspects suit different plants and trees. Swamps, steep hills and clay soils or limestone substrates... understanding what will grow best on your land is the first stage of a successful regeneration project.
We'll advise what the land needs to begin with, in the way of fences, fertilizer or slashing vs cutting strategic strips through existing scrub.
We'll give you options on which plants and trees will thrive, and which will grow best together. We can work with your preferences to create a full planting map.
If you need resource consent for any stages of your project, we'll let you know, and if you have any large existing trees that need maintenance to keep them healthy we can do an Arborist Report for these.
We also own a native plant production nursery so can directly source native plants, ferns, grasses and trees at direct prices to help your project unfold.
